Business hours

Business hours are MONDAY -THURSDAY  9.30-2.00pm This means that orders placed after 2pm will roll into the following day for processing time.

For example: A order is placed THURSDAY at 3.34pm, the processing time of 3-7 business working days begin on Monday at 09.30am.

However, if you do need an order faster than this, please check out with 'as fast as you can please!' This will be sent as close as possible to the next working day., the item is sent first class and you are paying the additional fee to rush the order through faster. Messages are not always monitored, please allow 24-48hr reply time (not inc weekends) Please allow additional time for any postal delays, ensure to allow 7 business working days for your order.

Processing time

I aim for a processing time of 3-7 working days unless discussed otherwise or in cases of orders that require more time such as the floral wall hoops, turn around time is longer - which 1-3 weeks. HOWEVER, my aim for other products is 1-3 days to complete orders for posting. However at busy times this is not always possible so please allow the full 7 business working days.  Bespoke orders are 3-5working days due to the time needed to make and process these. As fast as you can please! will be sent, literally as fast as I can. Please note above time frame for business hours. 

In the event of Covid-19 effecting Fresablooms, all orders will be held in retention and they will resume after the isolation period has commenced which will vary depending on recent government guidelines. Refunds cannot be given but a credit will be offered in replacement of the same value spent if a order has expired time of agreement.

Shipping information

Items are posted 1st class with Royal mail, Royal mail aims for a 1-2 day delivery estimate. However, at times this can be delayed and customers should not rely on this being exact, where possible order in advance ensuring you have enough time for the processing time plus delivery. Customers can choose whether to increase the postage for signed for packages. Please ensure to contact me before choosing next working day as due to capacity at times this is not achievable. Cut off for next working day is at 11am.  Next working day does not apply over a weekend or bank holiday.

Food safety

All products are inedible and not for human or animal consumption. Due to being dried flowers, it is the bakers responsibility to ensure they are informing their customer of this information, as well as checking their customers have no allergens. Fresablooms takes no responsibility and is not liable for bakers not following advice. Fresa products are for decorative purposes only, always ensure that stems are wrapped in florist tape and/or cake picks are used before inserting stems into food. Products are handpainted/dyed and sprayed and this could transfer if the baker does not follow guidelines. We hold no food certification as I am not a baker and only provide decoartive goods to consumers. Please ensure to make your order food safe as we do not claim to ensure these products are food safe. Some dried flowers are not suitable for Gluten free bakes due to using oats and wheats.

Refund/exchange

Refunds can only be granted if items are sent Royal mail tracked or via courier, and only if there is significant damage. Refunds cannot be given with untracked post such as standard royal mail, nor can they be given for lost post unless this is tracked or via courier due to insurances. Exchanges are unfortunately not accepted, please ensure you are confident of your purchase before payment. 

Care advice

Dried flowers are delicate and therefore need to be handled gently. Dried flowers are to be stored in a cool, dry area with no moisture. Dried flowers are natural products but sprays and dyes are used for colouring. This can transfer onto objects or cause staining so please handle with care. Keep out of direct sunlight to ensure they do not fade. Ensure to be aware dried flowers are highly flammable so keep away from heat sources such as candles, open flames etc. Dried flowers need little care, you may want to gently shake pampas stems outside and set with hairspray to reduce plume shredding. This is very normal and spraying them with a small amount of hairspray will reduce shredding. Although dried flowers can last for 3 years plus, there is not guaranteed length of time to their shelf life. Therefore, ensure if there are any concerns with your order, this is raised within 3 days of receiving your order. All wall decor hoops will need to be hung securely to a fixed wall with a firm fixing. Do not hang over children's/babies cots as this could cause entrapment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are safely fixed to the surface. Keep away from children, babies, vulnerable adults and pets. No dried flowers are edible. Dried flowers could cause allergens/skin reaction please seek medical advice if required. Fresablooms are not liable for any allergens/intolerance's to products. 

Season blooms

Blooms are seasonal which means they do not always stay the same and vary depending on the stock available and the season. They may vary from photographs shown, however, they are matched as close as possible.
